A favor, not a pitch

I started a thing.
Here's who I'm looking for.

You don't need to sell anybody anything — I just want to be in your head next time you run into the right guy. Two minutes and you'll know one when you see him.

The whole ask

Think of a guy with a truck.

Lawn care, tree work, handyman, plumbing, HVAC, roofing — anybody who shows up in a vehicle and does the work himself. Here's how you'd know he's who I'm after:

1

He's good and people know it. Real reviews on Google, four stars and up. Busy off word of mouth.

2

But he doesn't have a real website. You Google his business and you get a Facebook page, or nothing, or something he built in 2019 and forgot.

3

And he misses calls all day. Because he's under a sink or up on a roof, and he's not going to answer with his hands full.

4

He's the owner. Not a chain, not a franchise — him, maybe a couple of trucks. He answers his own phone when he answers it at all.

Who's not it: restaurants, retail, anybody with a slick website already, and brand-new businesses with no customers yet. I'd take their money and they wouldn't get anything out of it.
What I actually do for him

Build the website. Catch the calls.

A real website

Ten to twenty pages, on his own domain, built for him — not a template with his name dropped in.

Missed-call text back

He misses a call, they get a text about ten seconds later. This is the one that pays for the whole thing. Most people won't leave a voicemail — they just call the next guy.

Follow-up that happens without him

New lead gets contacted right away and stays on a sequence, instead of going cold in his text messages.

Review requests, automatically

After a finished job, the ask goes out on its own. Everybody gets his real Google link.

$297/month No setup fee No contract 30-day refund, any reason
The part that actually helps me

Here's what to send him.

Don't explain me — you'll get it wrong and it'll be awkward. Copy this, send it to whoever came to mind, done. Or just text me his name and I'll take it from there.

Forward thisWritten so you don't have to think about it.
Hey — my buddy Drew builds websites for service businesses here in Pensacola, and sets it up so when somebody calls and you can't pick up, they get a text back in about 10 seconds instead of just calling the next guy. $297 a month, no contract, and he'll refund it if you don't like it. Thought of you. Want me to put you two in touch?
If you're curious

This is the five minutes I show them.

You don't have to watch it. It's the same video a business owner gets — mostly me showing the thing working on a real account.

5 minutes · nothing to sign up for

Where I'm at, straight up

I'm early. I've got one client paying me — Fortified Asset Solutions here in town. I built their site and their Google profile from nothing, and the reviews have been stacking up since. I've built a few other sites around town as trades. That's the whole résumé.

I'm not going to pretend I've got a hundred clients, and I'd rather you know that before you put your name on an introduction. The reason I can charge $297 and refund anybody who doesn't like it is that I'm building the thing I'll be selling for a lot more in a year.
